"About the Architecture"

横浜酵素風呂おしゃれ

"A 57-year-old traditional Japanese house, beautifully renovated"

We have renovated a 57-year-old traditional Japanese house, keeping the use of modern materials like plywood to a minimum.
While many modern building materials are affordable and easy to use, they can cause sick house syndrome and contribute to environmental problems.
Phytoncides, natural essential oils found in the cedar and hinoki wood used throughout our facility, are said to offer benefits such as
① relaxation
② anti-cancer properties
③ relief from allergies like atopic dermatitis.
and
There are countless potential benefits, such as deodorization, detoxification, and natural insect-repelling effects.

"Essential Maintenance for the Koso-Bath"

横須賀酵素風呂メンテナンス

"We ensure meticulous hygiene and maintain optimal enzyme activity"

After closing each day, we diligently carry out a process called 'stirring'.
This important maintenance helps the beneficial microbes generate heat through fermentation. While it can be hard work, it is indispensable for keeping the koso-bath in the best possible condition.
Thanks to this process, our bath reaches 65–70°C before opening each day, keeping it clean and safe so you can enjoy your koso-bathing with peace of mind.
