Cancellations can cause inconvenience to other guests and affect our business. To ensure a smooth experience for everyone and a lasting relationship with our customers, please make sure to reserve and visit on a confirmed date.
【Cancellation Period】
Please call us directly to cancel by 6:00 PM on the day before your visit.
If you cancel after this time, the following cancellation charges will apply.
For events or private bookings, please cancel at least 2 days beforehand.
【Fee for Canceling on the Day】
50% of the Bathing Fee
【No-Show Cancellation】
100% of the Bathing Fee
【Late Arrival Policy】
If you’re going to be late, please call us right away.
If you are over 15 minutes late, your reservation may be considered a same-day cancellation to avoid affecting other guests. Please make sure to allow plenty of time for your visit.
【About Changing Your Reservation Time 】
Please call us directly to cancel by 6:00 PM on the day before your visit.
We can only change your reservation on the same day if there is availability. Changes for the next day or later will be considered a same-day cancellation.
※Reservation times for events or private bookings cannot be changed.
【When Your Visit May Be Declined】
If you arrive after drinking alcohol, we cannot allow entry,
and it will be considered a same-day cancellation.
Please note that if we consider a guest’s behavior to be inappropriate, we may block future reservations.
